1.  You may return any item bought from within 7 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty, if this is not the case, the cost of the return carriage is to be paid by the customer .  If you want to cancel the contract and receive a full refund, via the original payment method, please send an e-mail to , stating "RETURNS - order number" in the title line.  You must also state the reason for return and the item(s) you wish to return from the order.   We will then e-mail you by return a returns number, which must be enclosed in the package. 

2.  Where applicable, returns will carry a handling charge of 15% unless we delivered the item in error or the item is faulty.

3.  Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of customised goods, ie:

  • Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
  • Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.

4.   This does not affect your statutory rights.
